MASON, Tona - Putnam

Last rites were conducted for Miss Tona Mason of the Indiana Methodist Home For The Aged Saturday morning at 10 o’clock in the Vandivier-Parsley Funeral Home. Dr. AM Martin, superintendent of the Home and Dr. Sumner L. Martin were in charge of the services and burial took place in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Putnam County.  Miss Mason died at 1:10 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the Home. She had been failing in health for two years. She was a native of Putnam County and from 1929 until she came to the Home Jan 22, 1957 had resided in Indianapolis. Two nephews and two nieces are the survivors. - kbz
